[个人简介] 楼洋, 博士, IEEE 高级会员, 英国高等教育学院会士 (FHEA), 现任日本广岛大学副教授. 于 2008 年获西安电子科技大学电子信息工程专业工学学士学位, 2017 年获香港城市大学电机工程系博士学位. 2017 至 2025 年曾在香港城市大学、香港岭南大学、日本大阪大学及台湾阳明交通大学从事科研与教学工作. 在阳明交通大学期间, 他先后担任助理教授、副教授, 并获聘为青年讲座教授. 楼洋博士的研究方向包括网络科学与工程、图学习、机器学习与优化方法, 聚焦于复杂系统中图智能技术的理论建模与实际应用. 已在 IEEE Comput Intell Mag, IEEE Circ Syst Mag, IEEE Trans Cybern, IEEE Trans Neural Netw Learn Syst, IEEE Trans Circuits Syst I/II, IEEE Trans Netw Sci Eng 等国际权威期刊, 以及 ICLR , GECCO , IJCNN , ISCAS 等顶级或旗舰会议上发表论文 40 余篇. 根据 Google Scholar 统计, 其 H-index 指数为 19 .
