[个人简介] 楼洋, 博士, IEEE 高级会员, 英国高等教育学院会士 (FHEA), 现任日本广岛大学副教授. 于 2017 年获香港城市大学电机工程系博士学位. 2017 2025 年曾在香港城市大学、香港岭南大学、日本大阪大学及台湾阳明交通大学从事科研与教学工作. 在阳明交通大学期间, 他先后担任助理教授、副教授, 并获聘为青年讲座教授. 楼洋博士的研究方向包括网络科学与工程、图学习、机器学习与优化方法, 聚焦于复杂系统中图智能技术的理论建模与实际应用. 已在 IEEE Comput. Intell. Mag., IEEE Circ. Syst. Mag., IEEE Trans. Cybern., IEEE Trans. Neural. Netw. Learn. Syst., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I/II, IEEE Trans. Netw. Sci. Eng. 等国际权威期刊, 以及 ICLR , GECCO , IJCNN 等顶级或旗舰会议上发表论文 40 余篇. Google Scholar H-index 指数为 21 .
